Today’s serve is created using our gorse inspired, Cardi Bay Vodka - a prime example of how our Eccentric Spirits range takes inspiration from the Welsh landscape.

Our Raspberry & Vanilla Fizz consists of a delicate marriage between sweet raspberry notes and the spirit’s rich notes of vanilla and coconut, which compliments the sour lemon and bubbly prosecco, resulting in a delightfully sweet but balanced cocktail. The fruity base is simply topped with prosecco, making it the perfect Christmas party serve!

Recipe:

  • Cardi Bay Vodka - 25ml
  • Raspberries - 3
  • Vanilla Syrup - 12.5ml
  • Lemon Juice - 20ml
  • Topped with Prosecco - 75ml (approx)
  • Raspberry Garnish

Method:

  • Add the raspberries to a shaker and muddle to release the fruit’s fresh flavours.
  • Pour in the vodka, lemon juice and vanilla syrup, then shake.
  • Double strain into a sparkling glass.
  • Top up with Prosecco (around 75ml).
  • Garnish with a raspberry.
