Just like the evenings, now the clocks have gone forward, and the sun has come out but the breeze still has a slight chill here in west Wales, this is a light and refreshing cocktail to put you in the mood for the summer to come. We mixed it up for Mother's Day and shared it on our Instagram, but really, it's a perfect serve for any time when you want to enjoy your delicious Welsh gin in something that feels like you've made a bit more effort than your normal G&T...

Signature Style Gin and Fresh Orange

Lemon is often considered the 'go to' citrus for gin. We prefer orange.  Signature Style is already gently underpinned with sweet orange, and this  serve highlights those notes. We use dehydrated orange 9studded with a clove) as our go to garnish for Signature Style Welsh Dry Gin, so using fresh orange in this serve makes perfect sense.

The Classic Collins

The Collins cocktail is a classic. At its heart, it is gin, lemon juice, soime sweetness and soda water. A great way to serve gin, either to make a quiet moment a little bit more special, or to share with friends. It's easy to scale up for a crowd, and could even be made up as a pitcher (although don't add the soda water until the last minute!).
