In the Welsh Wind is a distillery with a difference. We are an award-winning business, producing award-winning craft gins and pioneering the first ‘grain to glass' single malt Welsh whisky for over 100 years.

We offer consultancy and R&D services to other businesses looking to launch their own spirits business. We welcome gin and premium spirits lovers into our distillery to explore the shop, to enjoy bespoke gin making experiences—and gin tastings too. We also offer fun and informative cocktail making classes.
