Our Black Batch Rum has an interesting backstory, starting life as a simple Guyanese white rum before being aged in a heavily charred American Oak cask to develop a depth of flavour that perfectly complements the orange, cinnamon, and clove.
Our Cask-Aged Rum is aged for much longer, spending 18 months in a burgundy red wine barrel, giving it an amber light and a strong depth of flavour.
