Our 18-month In the Welsh Wind Cask-Aged Rum has a strong depth of flavour and begs to be savoured and appreciated, which is why we believe it’s best served neat or on the rocks.
On the flip side, our Black Batch Rum is citrusy and spicy in equal measure, perfect with a splash of ginger ale and a slice of lemon.
How is In the Welsh Wind’s premium rum created?
Our Black Batch Rum has an interesting backstory, starting life as a simple Guyanese white rum before being aged in a heavily charred American Oak cask to develop a depth of flavour that perfectly complements the orange, cinnamon, and clove.
Our Cask-Aged Rum is aged for much longer, spending 18 months in a burgundy red wine barrel, giving it an amber light and a strong depth of flavour.
