Since the earliest days of the distillery, our mission has always been to enhance the Welsh spirits industry - to bring something new and exciting to the table. With Rhif Un, we launch our first Green Malted Welsh Origin Single Malt Whisky, using barley grown within 10 miles of our distillery, here in Ceredigion.

This limited edition of 275 bottles is our third limited release single malt Welsh whisky - and the first to use 100% Ceredigion barley, grown, malted, fermented, distilled, casked, matured and bottled in Wales.
This is the first Welsh whisky to encompass the concept of 'Tir', We use locally grown barley, malted at our distillery site in west Wales, unkilned to allow the grain flavour to sing through in the finished liquid.
Matured in casks carefully chosen to complement our spirit, Palo Cortado sherry, red wine and sweet sherry casks, we have just 275 bottles available of our first 'Welsh Origin' Single Malt Welsh Whisky.
Each bottle is individually numbered and will be presented in a box for safekeeping.

Single Malt Welsh Whisky
Our Single Malt Welsh Whisky champions barley grown in Wales, locally to the distillery.
Having perfected the art of making whisky in small batches, we have embarked on a journey to produce a whisky which never leaves Wales.
We malt locally grown Welsh barley in small batches, on site, using traditional floor malting techniques, and mash in on 'green grain' - a process we believe is unique in the UK and which preserves more of our local grain flavour in the final spirit.
When it's ready, our 100% grain to glass single malt Welsh whisky will be a true expression of the area around the distillery where we live, work and play.
Become A Cask Owner
Periodically, we release small batches of our 30 litre casks for public sale, offering the opportunity to experience the thrill of cask ownership while also choosing your own cask finish. This is a comprehensive package from distillation, through maturation here in west Wales to bottling. We can also discuss 200 litre cask sales.
