Single Malt Welsh Whisky
Our Single Malt Welsh Whisky champions barley grown in Wales: we're on a journey to produce a whisky which is produced entirely here - from grain to glass.
Locally grown Welsh barley, floor malted at the distillery - we mash in on 'green malt', preserving more of our local grain flavour in the final spirit.
Our 100% Welsh, grain to glass single malt Welsh whisky, will be a true expression of the area around the distillery where we live, work and play.

Become a Cask Owner
Periodically, we release small batches of our 30 litre casks for public sale, offering the opportunity to experience the thrill of cask ownership while also choosing your own cask finish. This is a comprehensive package from distillation, through maturation here in west Wales to bottling. We can also discuss 200 litre cask sales.
