The bottles here all come from one distillery on the west Wales coast, and a small team who will be balancing wrapping and distilling.
Our single malt starts as Welsh barley from the fields around the distillery, malted by hand on our own floor and used green, before it is ever kilned. It is the harder way to work, only a handful of distilleries anywhere still do it, and it is the reason our whisky tastes like nowhere else.
The other spirits come from the same place, alongside prints by Welsh artists and a few things for the drinks cabinet. Whatever you choose, it comes from one place, and you can come and see it.

Brychan, Ceredig and Meirion
Three blended Welsh malts, three characters from our part of Wales: one of the air, one of the land, one of the sea. Give one, or give the set and a print to go with it.

BrychanThe first of the three, with the red kite on his label. Blended Welsh malt, and the one to start with.

CeredigThe UK's first green malt blend. Grain-forward and generous, and a good one to share.

MeirionNew this autumn and the last of the three. Maritime and gently smoky, with more of our green malt running through it.

The present that takes three years to open
A 30 litre cask of our single malt Welsh whisky, filled fresh from the stills and left to mature here at the distillery for three years and a day. Choose kilned barley, or unkilned Welsh barley grown in the fields around us, and the seasoning of the cask.
Along the way there is a certificate of ownership, early access to new releases, 20% off standard bottles, samples as it matures and visits to the cask by appointment. Bottling, duty and VAT are paid when the whisky is ready. Friends and families can share one.
