Resting in oak softens the spirit and introduces delicate notes of vanilla, toasted caramel and gentle spice, creating a vodka with exceptional warmth and complexity.

Inspired by the timeless White Russian, this cocktail swaps traditional vodka for our cask-aged version, adding an extra layer of richness that transforms the drink into something truly memorable. The coffee notes of Kahlúa complement the oak influence perfectly, while fresh double cream brings everything together into a silky, indulgent finish.

Aged White Dragon Recipe:
- 50ml In the Welsh Wind Cask Aged Vodka
- 25ml Kahlúa

50ml double cream
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the cask aged vodka and double cream. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled and silky smooth. Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice. Add your Kahlúa to the bottom. Strain the cocktail over the ice and serve with a sprinkling of freshly grated dark chocolate.
