The Brychan Boulevardier
50ml Brychan
25ml Sweet red vermouth
25ml Campari
Chill a rocks glass. Add the Brychan blended whisky, vermouth and Campari to the bottom of a cocktail shaker (or a mixing glass), along with some ice, and stir to chill.
Take your chilled rocks glass, add a large cube of ice, and then strain over the stirred alcohol.
Garnish with an orange zest twist.
