A Welsh Cask Vinegar Giveaway
If you follow us on our social media, or have signed up to our newsletter, you will have seen that our Welsh Cask Vinegar is now available to purchase. A Celtic Collaboration in the true sense, this Welsh cask vinegar product combines beer from Bluestone Brewing Co (our brewery friends in Newport, North Pembrokeshire), time, space and Welsh whisky casks from the distillery, and a vinegar mother – plus expertise and guidance from Orkney Craft Vinegar.
Born out of lockdown, when 3,500 litres of Bluestone’s Summer Rocks would otherwise have gone to waste, the idea of a Welsh cask vinegar seemed like a great way to use the beer – and we’re delighted with the results.
We’re keen for everyone to embrace the beauty of this cask vinegar – it works in the kitchen and also in cocktails (keep an eye on our socials for some great ideas for mixing up some vinegar inspired drinks), so we’ve brought together a giveaway bundle – 5 in fact.
Each bundle includes
- 1 x 500ml Welsh Cask Vinegar
- 3 x Summer Rocks Beer from Bluestone Brewing Co
- 1 x 250 ml Sugar Kelp Vinegar from Orkney Craft Vinegar

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OUR CELTIC COLLABORATION GIVEAWAY
We’d love as many of you to enter our giveaway as possible, but there can only be five winners, and we have some other terms and conditions to keep things sweet.
- You must be over 18, and resident in the UK (or be able to provide a postal address on the UK mainland) to enter this giveaway. We cannot send the prize to anyone under the age of 18 or living outside of the UK.
- Entry for our Celtic Collaboration giveaway is by liking Bluestone Brewing Co (@BluestoneBrewingCo), Welsh Cask Vinegar (@welshvinegar) and Orkney Craft Vinegar (@OrkneyCraftVinegar) and by commenting with the names of 2 friends you would share the Summer Rocks beer in the comments below one of the original Giveaway posts that will be posted on Instagram and Facebook on Thursday 26th August.
- You must have liked the pages and commented by 11.59 on Thursday 2nd September.
- You do not have to ‘tag’ the person you name in order to be entered into the draw
- You do not have to share the post
- Only one entry per person per platform (Facebook and Instagram) will be counted.
- The maximum number of entries that will be put into the draw for any one individual is 2 (one on Facebook, one on Instagram)
- We can only accept entries through these online methods, and we can’t be responsible for any technical failure that makes entry impossible
- No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway
- 5 prizes are available
- The prizes are made of 1 x 500ml bottle of Welsh Cask Vinegar, 3 x bottles of Bluestone Brewing Co Summer Rocks Beer, 1x 250ml bottle of Orkney Craft Vinegar Sugar Kelp Vinegar.
- No cash alternative is available.
- The winners will be drawn at random from all entries on Friday 3rd September 2021.
- The winners will be announced on our social media feeds and will be contacted in order to obtain an address to post the prize.
- Should any winner not respond to the announcement or our attempts to contact them within 48 hours of the announcement of the winners on 3rd September 2021, we will draw an alternative winner, and the original winner will forfeit the prize.
- In entering the giveaway you acknowledge that we may publicly recognise you as the winner, and that we may tag you in posts relating to the giveaway
