Palo Cortado Cask-Aged Gin

Lovely gin. Tried it neat over a large ice cube with the mearest splash of Indian tonic - went down a treat. Slightly oaky from the aging but still definitely a gin. Definitely a slow sipping gin. Would highly recommend this.

A lovely gin, great by itself or with quality mixers.

One of my favourite gins. I often drink the original version but this is a step up. You can task the cask.

Easy to order and delivered quickly. Wouldn't mind seeing this in M&S alongside the other gin.

Not had the chance to try it yet - I’m making some orange bitters to enjoy a cask-aged gin old fashioned- but the bitters take two weeks to develop- will let you know

Having visited the distillery and made a couple of bottles of my own blend gin a taster of Palo Cortado I have found my favourite gin. Am starting to stockpile it .

Simply the most silky smooth gin with a beautifully soft finish that makes it a delight to drink neat over ice. A simple tonic is all that is needed with a slice of cucumber to dress it up; and there it is... an perfect aperitif for summer or winter evenings, high days, holidays and Mondays too !

The Gin was a gift but much appreciated by the recipients who have opened it already and loved the flavour balance.

A family member introduced me to this gin and I’m now on my third bottle. This gin is by far my favourite and I’ve tried a fair few! I do find the colour can vary between bottles but this does not seem to affect the depth of flavour.
I was talking to a colleague in a meeting a few weeks back and some how we got onto gin. She is a Sherry fan like I am and I told her about this exquisite gin and by the end of the meeting she’d ordered a bottle! Wonderful stuff, please don’t stop producing it!

Its like no gin i ever tasted before. Gorgeous to drink as is. It has a warmth to it almost like a brandy. think i've had 4 bottles and soon it will be 5 and 6. The fact that it was made just a couple of miles from where i was born, makes it all the more special to me.

Limited Edition Palo Cortado Cask Aged Gin

I have tried this gin at my son's & loved it, such an unusual "flavour" so I bought this bottle as a present for my sister's birthday on Friday. I'm sure she'll love it too!

Wow, a gin that’s as good on its own as with tonic. Glad I found it.

This was a gift, however what I tried was lovely and the recipient was very pleased. Looking forward to coming back by the distillery again in the summer.

Tbis was something special - very full and deep flavoured, the ageing in casks really paid off. Sadly i gave it to him indoors as a present so i cant steal a bit now and then. Maybe have to come and buy my own bottle.....

Bought this on a whim when getting the vinegar and signature gin from the website and so glad I did. Different (in a good way) from any other gin I've tasted and now a definite favourite; my wife also loves it which is a change as she normally only drinks one specific gin so loving a different on is unusual. Will definitely look to stock up again on this.....

Hi There… I am giving you 5 stars, mostly to stop you sending me emails asking for reviews. I sent a reply previously pointing out that it was a present, so I have no idea what it is like until my fired invites me round for a drink with him. Until then, I am sure it is wonderful and I look forward to visiting you in the summer as we holiday near Cardigan every year. Am hoping that the beer vinegar will be available again by then? We visited the distillery in August and brought this gin, I love it just on ice. So I brought another bottle for Christmas.

Palo Cortado is a unique Gin, i never used to drink Gin but this one changed my mind. G&T is now a regular tipple for me but only with this Gin! Nothing else compares.

For me this was a revelation as it is the first gin I have had that I enjoyed sipping neat! It has wonderful depth of flavour with the juniper prevalent and a gentle taste of caraway left on the palette. A real find for me.

Drink it neat and wonder why you would mix anything with it. Only add tonic and mixers slowly after sampling its dangerously beautiful flavours.

A wonderful gin and by far the best I've ever tasted, which unlike others I enjoy neat over ice. For as long as it's produced, there will be a bottle on my shelf.
