Noto Gin is a fresh gin full of the flavours of the Noto Peninsula, Japan. Developed at In the Welsh Wind and distilled and bottled here for Noto Gin, we're delighted to have a limited number of bottles available for sale to our customers.
Botanicals from the Noto Peninsula, Japan: Kaya, Laurel, Yuzu, Kuromoji and seaweed salt are brought together to deliver a gin full of refreshing citrus and forest breezes. The seaweed salt brings out the spice aromas of the gin.
