Our original still, Meredith’s burnished copper glowed warm at Plas y Wern as we learned our craft as distillers.
Meredith was our first still. 50 litres, gleaming copper, he brought a warm glow to the distillery as we learned our craft. He came with us to the Gogerddan Arms in March 2019, and continues to be used for test distillations and small batches.
