Taste, explore and discover the flavours of Welsh gin at our distillery in Ceredigion.
Whether you're a dedicated gin lover or simply curious to discover what makes one gin different from another, our Gin Tasting Experience is a relaxed and enjoyable way to explore the world of Welsh gin.
We'll start with a welcome G&T before taking you through a tasting of three of our Welsh gins. You'll have a tasting card to help you explore the different flavours, aromas and styles, with our team on hand to share their knowledge and answer your questions.
Then it's time to choose your favourite.
Following the tasting, you'll enjoy a second G&T – choose one of the gins you've tasted, or pick another drink from our shelves. Tea and coffee also available.
Your experience also includes a guided tour of our working distillery, so you'll discover not only what's in your glass, but how we make our spirits.

Prefer not to drink alcohol?
We've got that covered too.
Our Non-Alcoholic Tasting option means you can still enjoy the experience, discover the distillery and take part in the flavour exploration without drinking alcohol.
If someone in your group would prefer to skip the tasting altogether, they can book our Tour Only option and join the distillery tour while enjoying soft drinks, tea or coffee purchased from the bar.

I have called in to buy some gin on a few occasions now and always find the staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. More recently I called in to enquire what sort of tours were available in the week leading up to Christmas. The member of staff was exceptionally informative, explaining the different options available, what was involved in each and the dates each one was available. She also showed me where to go on the website to book the tour I wanted. This was a simple and efficient process. My family and I are looking forward very much to our gin tasting experience and tour on 27th December. See you then!
So well looked after. Five gins in total and one of the best gins I’ve ever had in their signature Cortado. This was our second trip and every bit as enjoyable as the first.
