Cardiff Dry works brilliantly with either pink grapefruit or cucumber and black pepper.
To try Cardiff Dry with pink grapefruit, pour your gin into a tall glass filled with ice, then top with tonic. Garnish with a wedge of Pink Grapefruit. With the huge flavour of juniper and big citrus character coming from the gin, the pink grapefruit garnish allows the gin to be the hero but adds a subtle bitter sweet citrus flavour to the mix.
If you fancy cucumber & black pepper, pour your Cardiff Dry into a tall glass filled with ice, then top with tonic. Garnish with cucumber ribbons and cracked black pepper. The cucumber gives a beautiful fresh flavour and is subtle enough to ensure the gin the star of the show. The cracked black pepper gives a delicious finish and helps enhance the other flavours.

Please enjoy responsibly!

The versatility of the range makes it great for cocktails – check out our social feeds for ideas from our mixologist – but if cocktails aren’t your thing, each of this range of spirits is perfect drunk with a mixer – an unflavoured tonic for our gins, a good quality ginger beer goes beautifully with Black Batch rum.
Eccentric Spirits moved production from the Eccentric Gin Co in Caerphilly to In the Welsh Wind Distillery in March 2020 and has been thoughtfully rebranded, bringing new purpose to this range of Welsh spirits.
