This limited edition of 673 bottles is the first whisky we have produced ourselves and brought to market. Distilled at In the Welsh Wind, matured here in west Wales and finished in Palo Cortado sherry casks, we are proud to mark our entry into the Welsh whisky arena with this expression.

Tasting Notes
On the nose, a medium aroma with notes of ripe pear and succulent melon dancing in harmony with luscious honey and delicate beeswax. The grain adds depth and complexity.
On the palate, grainy sweetness mingles with poached pear, creating a delightful fusion that evokes images of sun-kissed orchards. Soft brown sugar weaves its way through the palate, imparting a comforting warmth and richness - buttery pastry and vanilla oak.
Delicate oaking emerges on the finish, leaving a lingering impression of refined elegance. A subtle alcohol sharpness lends a hint of excitement, balanced impeccably by a velvety smoothness.
