Gin Making Experience - Craft Gin Club

Join us for a Gin Making Experience at In the Welsh Wind Distillery and immerse yourself in bespoke gin. Become the distiller and discover your gin.

The In The Welsh Wind Distillery Gin Making Experience runs on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 11.00 a.m. and lasts for approximately two hours. During this time, G&T in hand, you will have access to the distillery and our botanical library, and the use of one of our bespoke copper pot mini stills. Under the guidance of one of the distillery team, you will select your botanical base and hero botanicals, charge and run the still and create your own gin. While the still is running, you will enjoy a tour of the distillery.

As a Craft Gin Club member, you will receive a set of In the Welsh Wind tasting glasses to enjoy your gin once you take it home, and will benefit from a 20% discount on any 70cl bottles purchased in the distillery shop on the day.
