Join us on the last Friday of the month at the Distillery: learn some of the mixologists' secrets and create and enjoy some delicious cocktails!
Our Cocktail Masterclass includes:
- Welcome drink
- Tour of our stills
- Principles of cocktail making and an introduction to cocktail 'kit'
- Guided cocktail making session during which you'll craft 2 delicious and individual cocktails from our cocktail library
- Enjoy your cocktails in our Gin Lab
- Tea/coffee or soft drink to finish - if you'd prefer, you are welcome to buy an alcoholic drink from our range of spirits on the bar!
During your welcome drink, we'll introduce you to the distillery, our stills, our range of spirits and some key principles of cocktail making.
With that knowledge under your belt, we'll set to work creating (and drinking) 2 delicious cocktails using spirits crafted at the distillery and following recipes from our cocktail library.
Cocktail masterclasses are currently available on the last Friday of the month. for up to 14 people at a time, at 5.30 p.m.
