A gorgeously heady mix of blue ginger, citrus and tarragon, Seville orange and orris. Rested in French burgundy casks leaving to a subtle peach colour.

Best served: Limbeck works well with either charred orange or fruity peach and ginger.

To enjoy with charred orange, pour your Limbeck in to a tall glass filled with ice, then top with tonic. Use a flame (a blow torch is good!) to char an orange wedge and garnish. The charred fruit gives a delicious burnt orange bouquet even before you've started the G&T. Matched with the beautiful Seville orange flavour coming from the gin, you have the perfect combination.

For the peach and ginger option, squeeze a wedge of lemon into a tall glass filled with ice. Pour in the Limbeck gin, then top with ginger ale. Garnish with a slice of fresh peach. Garnishing the serve with fresh peach brings out the subtle peach flavours coming from the gin as it is rested in French Burgundy Barrels. Ginger Ale is the perfect match, enhancing the beautiful mix of blue ginger and citrus coming from the gin.
