“Now that’s what I call whisky” Vol 1 is the first in a planned series of independent bottlings with Malt Mates exploring malts from around the world. Vol. 1 is a marriage of whisky from 6 casks, distilled between February 2015 to June 2016 including Ex. Bourbon, STR (Shaved, Toasted and re-coopered), and a fantastic port cask. This is an exploration of whisky made in Wales, and offers a particular light touch with clear influence from the cask.
