Due to the nature of our products, we can only offer a replacement or refund if your goods arrive damaged, if they do not arrive with you at all, or if the wrong goods arrive with you.

We cannot accept returns on gift vouchers.

To notify us that your delivery has been damaged, is incorrect, or has not reached you, please contact us at sales@inthewelshwind.co.uk.

Damaged/incorrect goods

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (and no later than 3 days after you have received your order) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can see what the problem is and work out the best options for correcting it.

Please provide us with your order number and photographs of any damage. If you have received the wrong goods, again, please send us a photo of the goods you have received, along with your order number.

Depending on the extent of any damage, or if we have dispatched an incorrect order to you, we may arrange for collection of the goods for return to the distillery. Please ensure that any goods that are to be returned are carefully packaged in the packaging they were received in, to prevent further damage.

Once the goods have been returned, we will arrange for replacement items to be sent out to you.

Replacing Missing Items

In the event that our delivery partner has failed to deliver your order to you, we will send out a replacement order free of charge.

Please notify us sales@inthewelshwind.co.uk if your order has not arrived as soon as possible and no later than 28 days of receiving the order confirmation email, including your order number and a telephone number we can use to get in touch with you. The sooner you notify us of a missing delivery the sooner we can follow this up with our delivery partner. We will confirm the delivery status of your order with our delivery partner, and will issue a full refund if our investigations confirm that the order was not delivered.

 Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after you have placed it with us. You do not ned to provide us with a reason. If you wish to do this, please email us at sales@inthewelshwind.co.uk with your order number and advise us that you wish to cancel your order.

Once you have cancelled your order, you must return the good to us, intact and complete, within a further 14 days. You must pay the cost of returning the items to us.

If you cancel the order and return the items to us as set out above, we will issue a refund to you for the goods within a further 14 days of receiving them. We will not refund the original costs of shipping or for the return of the goods to us.
